12 Aug 2005, Doors and PlansThe downstair apartment is 'almost' ready to move in. We lack only some carpentry. Problems with the first carpenter set that phase of the project back, these have been resolved and we are just playing catch up. Here are a few pictures with the latest finishing touches: Work continues on bedroom #9, a student apartment, but is really not at a good point for pictures. The other big news is work has started on the back patio, and what will become the main entrance to the house. The stairs to the upstairs apartment are gone, and excavation work is in progress. The old strangely large guest bathroom has been gutted, and is being reduced to structural members.
